Quality work. Honest advice.

Joel is extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and the guy you want for all your roofing needs. When I was in need of a new roof due to damages, he went to bat for me with the insurance company and made things happen when other roofing contractors could not. He took the time to meet with the insurance company's adjuster/estimator and provided me the best options to resolve my specific needs. I highly recommend Joel and his team at Qualified Roofing.

After a big snow, the roof started leaking and we had nearly no time to deal with it. Joel was able to get over there that day to inspect it and come up with a plan, he gave us realistic options and was able to get the job done with time to spare! I don't think that this could've gone any better given the circumstances and I don't believe anybody else would've been able to get there and tackle the problem so quickly. On top of that they were working in deep snow and in very cold weather, we couldn't appreciate their efforts more. When it comes time to replace that roof we will definitely be calling them again.

This company is a must use! They were super responsive, came out the next day looked at our roof. Joel was very educational and great to deal with. Will definitely use these guys going forward. Positive responsiveness, punctuality, professionalism.

I can't say enough good things about Qualified Roofing and its owner, Joel. With over 30 years in business, they truly understand what it means to take care of their customers. In preparation for turning our home into a rental property, we needed special documentation for insurance regarding the age and condition of our roof. After calling more than 20 roofing companies trying to track down who originally replaced our roof in 2015 (under the previous owners), Joel was the only one who stepped up and offered to do an inspection. His kindness, professionalism, and willingness to go the extra mile made a lasting impression. If I ever need roofing services in the future, Joel is the first and only call I'll make. Hats off to you, sir, this is how business should be done!

We contacted Joel with Qualified Roofing to give us an estimate for a new roof. He answered our call promptly, came to look at the roof that afternoon and we were e-mailed a quote that same day. The project began on time, the men who did the work were great, they finished on time and completely cleaned up when they were done. Every time we called the office the manager answered right away and handled everything in a friendly and professional manner. We highly recommend this company and the work they do.

These guys are awesome. Woke up Sunday morning to an ice dam leaking water into my ceiling. Called these guys up and they were there within a few hours to bust up ice on my roof.

I can always rely on Qualified Roofing. They've been there for me many, many times throughout the years. I highly recommend them.
